  • With proper care, your jewelry's structure will endure indefinitely. However, like any other jewelry crafted similarly, the exterior layers (such as paint, polish, antique silver/antique brass finish, ruthenium, silver/gold plating) will naturally exhibit signs of wear and age over time. It's essential for you to take good care of your items. Just as you wouldn't return to a shoe manufacturer if the soles showed signs of wear from use, you wouldn't contact us if your jewelry's external layers exhibit expected signs of use. Material wear and tear are inevitable. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from requesting replacements, returns, or discounts on future purchases due to cosmetic changes in your jewelry. If you're dissatisfied with our products, neither a discount nor a replacement will address the underlying issue. Hence, we urge you to consider these factors before approaching us with unreasonable requests. We prioritize meeting our clients' needs and strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our abilities, but we're running a business - this is not our hobby. We are kind but not naive; we wouldn't call ourselves TERRIBLE otherwise. And you appreciate us for that, don't you? ;)

  • Regarding our malas: In addition to our classic doubled 0.5mm waxed thread, we've enhanced our beading process by introducing an extra-fine yet exceptionally durable thermally fused abrasion-resistant thread capable of withstanding up to 8.3kg (18lb) of weight (although we advise against testing this limit!). If your mala shows signs of wear and requires re-beading, we do offer a repair service for approximately 35€ (pricing may vary based on the mala's length, so please contact us for a detailed quote), excluding shipping to and from our facility. If you reside outside the EU, it might be more convenient to seek a bead shop in your vicinity for re-beading services due to shipping costs.

  • Regarding our leather cords: We've replaced our standard 2.5mm leather cord with a premium-quality soft stitched nappa string exclusively manufactured for us. Unlike traditional leather, which may stiffen and crack over time with sweat absorption, our stitched nappa remains supple and crack-free. However, should your cord require replacement, please reach out to us at

  • Regarding our 925 silver items: They can always be polished or repaired. While seeking assistance from a local goldsmith might be quicker and more accessible, feel free to contact us at if you encounter any specific issues.

  • Gold-plated silver items can be re-gold plated if the gold layer wears off over time. Due to shipping costs, consulting a local goldsmith may be more practical. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at

  • Please do not contact us asking to return your jewelry because "it didn't arrive on time". This not an option: if you have a specific date in mind (birthday, anniversary present etc.), make sure you order well in advance. We assume that the person who's receiving the gift is not a kid: they will understand and appreciate if you give them a nice "present on its way" card.
